We pack and ship your baked goods via the USPS 1- 4 days priority delivery service. A tracking number will be sent to the address provided at purchase.
If you experience delivery issues using the tracking number provided, please contact your local post office immediately! The USPS are responsible for all packages that are placed in their system. They will inform you if you need to open a case or file a claim. Once this process has been completed, please contact us with a case or claim number issued by the post office. We will then try to assist in getting the issue resolved.
