Authentic Jamaican Rum Cake that reminds you of your Island home. We use a family recipe that has been passed down and perfected through generations. Our cakes are made with fruits that are soaked in white rum for at least 30 days. Unlike other fruit cakes, we do not have chunky fruit bits. Our carefully minced fruit blend is created to evenly distribute the rich flavors of spices and spirits throughout the cake. Each cake is slowly baked and soaked with additional rum to the finished cake to keep it moist.
It is then wrapped and placed in a special cake tin for shipping. Our cakes are available year round and are especially great for special occasions. They come in two different sizes as well. Cakes contain: Eggs, flour, butter* or vegetable shortening*, dried fruits, red wine, rum sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and other spices. ** Please let us know if you are lactose intolerant or have any Food allergies.
